Test Fees
Our minimum charge is £35 to test up to 10 items for premises within the local area of Carnforth, Lancaster, Morecambe, Arnside, Milnthorpe, Kendal, Kirkby Lonsdale and Ingleton.
We charge a standard rate of:
- £3.50 per item for between 1 – 10 items
- £2.50 per item for 11 – 40 items.
- £1 for each item after the first 40 items tested.
- No minimum amount of items.
- An appliance with a detachable mains lead is charged as a single item.
- We can offer day rates for premises with a large amount of portable appliances.
The test fee includes free minor repairs during the course of testing and free fitting of correct fuses where required. Fitting of replacement plugs will incur a small charge.
